When Jimmy and Jackie Dallas approached ZSPEC, they wanted to completely transform their existing home rather than start again from scratch. The project involved a full-scale renovation that revitalised both the interior and exterior of the property. Works included a complete exterior reclad, giving the home a fresh new appearance and renewed durability, along with a full roof replacement to ensure long-term protection and performance. A new upper-level deck was added to create the perfect space for relaxing and taking in the beautiful North West Tasmanian surroundings, while carefully selected internal feature timbers introduced warmth, texture, and character throughout the home. The project also included the construction of a new shed, adding valuable storage and functionality to the property. Delivered as one coordinated renovation package, the transformation resulted in a home that looks, feels, and performs like a brand-new build—while retaining the value and foundations of the original home.
